Order Forms and Memorabilia

Orders will be accepted from January 22 to February 20, 2012. Full payment must accompany order. Acceptable payments include cash (do not send cash in the mail), checks payable to Cherry Blossom Festival, Visa or MasterCard. No refunds will be issued. Please note that payment, contributions, or gifts to the Cherry Blossom Festival or Honolulu Japanese Junior Chamber of Commerce are not tax deductible as charitable contributions.

Forms will be available online starting from January 23, 2012.  You can download any of the these forms in (PDF) Portable Document Format and require the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Cherry Blossom Festival is a time-honored cultural tradition in Hawaii. The souvenir book is a collectors item piece that catalogues and memorializes the festival as it has evolved over the years. T-shirts are designed each year to encompass the theme of the festival.
